ENROLMENT PROCEDURES
You may enrol anytime the house is open.  Payment is requested at least one week prior to
commencement of classes.  Enrolment can be made by phone but you need to pay within 7
days to secure your booking.

BOOKING ARE ESSENTIAL
We make every attempt to run all activities offered. However we usually require a minimum
of 6 people to cover costs. If you are interested in attending a course please book early.

If the course is cancelled your money will be refunded in full.
If need to canel please do so at least 7 days before the course commences.
A non-refundable administration fee may apply.
All people enrolling in courses/activities are required to become members of the Community House.

STUDENT PRIVACY
Caulfield South Community House is bound by the legal requirements of "The Information
Privacy Act 2000". All personal information collected will be kept secure and confidential.
Any statistical data collected as a requirement of Government funding will also be managed
according to the Act and will not be made available to any other organisations.

OUR OFFICE HOURS ARE: Monday to Thursday 9:00am to 3:00pm

We are closed during School and Public Holidays.
