Madge and Myoga were rushing down a hall when they saw Kagome and Shippo struggling with Inu-Yasha. They ran up to them.
"How is he?" Myoga asked anxiously.
"He'll live," Kagome said. "But we need to get him away, and we also have to help Saia."
"Here," said Madge. She waved her arms over them and tossed a light green powder. Oddly, Kagome felt as light as a feather. She looked at Madge curiously.
"Now you're invisible and you can walk through anything solid," she said. "Go quickly. I must help Lady Saia." She dashed away.
Kagome picked up Inu-Yasha again, and was surprised at how light he felt. Then she, Myoga, and Shippo walked through castle walls, unnoticed, until they were out of the courtyard and into the safety of trees.
"Shouldn't we go back?" Shippo asked. Myoga shook his head.
"Let's get my lord back to the village first. By then Saia should have returned." Kagome nodded.

One last time Saia threw her fan, knocking off Raksha's head. The dungeon was very bloody, not only from Raksha, but from the other demons who had been foolish enough to interfere. Finally, she turned to Sessho-Maru, who was in the same position he had been three hours before.
"I'm leaving now," she informed him. He laughed.
"Without fighting me? No." She glanced at him.
"Oh, yeah? And what could you do?" He frowned. She laughed. Suddenly, the door opened again, and Saia expected to see another demon. Instead, it was Madge.
"Lady Saia, are you all right?"
"I'm fine," she answered. "Thank you for asking." Meanwhile, Sessho-Maru was staring at Madge with a look of shock on his face.
"You know her?" he asked. "You even revere her?"
"Yes," said Madge, surprised. "Don't you remember?"
"I don't remember any Saia," he said. She sighed.
"My lord, you're not fooling anyone. I know - "
"How dare you!" he shouted angrily. "Release me this instant!"
"Don't you dare, Madge," Saia said.
The old woman frowned, unable to decide between her mistress and master. Finally, she released Sessho-maru from the freezing spell. He charged at them, but Saia froze him again. She turned to Madge.
"You're coming with me. I'm not going to let you stay here." They turned and walked back to the door.
"Stop!" Sessho-maru roared.
"Oh, shut up, would you?" Saia said irritably. They walked through the door, and then she unfroze Sessho-maru, but not before putting a tiny spell on the door. Then Saia and Madge walked throu all things solid, all the way to the village, where Kagome and the others were waiting. Saia pretended not to notice Sessho-maru's screams of rage as the dungeon doors wouldn't open, no matter what he did. Oh, well, Saia thought, a content smile on her face. Too bad.
After returning to the village, Saia and madge told the others of her past and what had happened after they'd left. As she had saved him, and done his brother a rather nasty turn, Inu-Yasha had no trouble accepting Saia. He even had a grudging respect for her. The village had been repaired nicely after Sessho-Maru had recked havoc through it, as it usually was when the occasional demon passed through.
As for Sessho-Maru, he had knocked down a wall to get out of the dungeon, only to find that the door had opened. He spent night after night plotting his revenge on Saia. Who is she, anyway? he thought to himself. Why should I even care?
Saia had resumed her duties as priestess of the Sunset Shrine. Day after day business increased, but she was never too busy to help Kagome with her math or watch DragonBall Z with Sota.
And they all lived happily ever after....?
