DIRECT DEBIT FACILITIES

Direct Debit Facilities are now available at Rhema FM, were you can agree to and authorise deductions from your financial instituion nominated account on a nominated date.

If you indicated for automatic renewal on the Membership Application & Donation Form, your membership subscription and/or regular donation can be processed automatically on your membership anniversary date or other noninated date.

This can be formalised either by:

1. Downloading and completing the Customer Direct Debit Request (DDR) Service Agreement, which has been designed for your protection. The completed form can then be mailed to us at: P.O. Box 2000, Dangar NSW 2309 OR

2. Contacting station reception by telephone (49 622 338) or in person to arrange completion of the details.
