Heart, Head and Hand Decrees
What are Decrees?
Decrees are a stepped-up form of prayer. They are the most effective and powerful way to harness God’s energy because they combine different spiritual practices such as prayer, meditation, visualisation and affirmations, in conjunction with the use of God’s name, into the one exercise.
How do you Decree?
Find a place where you won’t be disturbed, and sit comfortably in a straight chair with your spine and head erect, legs and arms uncrossed and feet flat on the floor. Rest your hands on your upper legs, with palms facing upwards. Take a few, slow deep breaths and centre in your heart.
Start out slowly, giving the decree aloud with love, devotion and feeling. Once you are familiar with the decree, you can close your eyes while giving it and concentrate on the visualisation. Repeat the decree three, nine or even thirty-six times at a sitting. Start out with just a few minutes in the morning to help you throughout the day, and you can add the following simple decrees to whatever prayers or meditations you currently practice.
Purification - The Violet Flame
Heart
Violet Fire, thou Love Divine,
Blaze within this heart of mine!
Thou art Mercy forever true,
Keep me always in tune with you.Please give this with the messanger
Visualisation: See and feel your heart chakra in the centre of your chest surrounded by violet flame and blazing in, through and around it. Allow yourself to feel it.
Head
I AM Light, thou Christ in me,
Set my mind forever free;
Violet Fire, forever shine
Deep within this mind of mine.God who gives my daily bread,
With Violet Fire fill my head
Till thy radiance heavenlike
Makes my mind a mind of Light.
Visualisation: See the flame from your heart rise to your head and see it infill your head with violet flame in, through and around it. Keep the visualisation of the violet fire in your heart.
Hand
I AM the Hand of God in action,
Gaining victory every day;
My pure soul’s great satisfaction
Is to walk the Middle Way.Visualisation: See the violet flame from your heart blazing in, through and around your hands while keep in the visualisation of the violet fire in your heart and head as well. This dissolves all types of negativity - hatred, anger or anxiety, physical illness, ignorance or mental blocks, or the memories of things you wish you hadn’t done.
Protection - The Tube of Light
Beloved I AM Presence bright,
Round me seal your Tube of Light
From Ascended Master flame
Called forth now in God’s own name.
Let it keep my temple free
From all discord sent to me.I AM calling forth Violet Fire
To blaze and transmute all desire,
Keeping on in Freedom’s name
Till I AM one with the Violet FlameVisualisation: Imagine you are standing in a giant milk bottle about nine feet in diameter - a cylinder of brilliant, steely white light which begins at your Higher Self, or God Presence and extends three feet below you. See yourself surrounded by a blazing pillar of violet-coloured flame within the tube of light. Know that if you can keep harmony for 48 hours then this filigree thread will coalesce and be your protection at all times. So it is worthwhile reinforcing this tube of light many times a day to help keep your harmony.
Forgiveness
I AM Forgiveness acting here,
Casting out all doubt and fear,
Setting men forever free
With wings of cosmic Victory.I AM calling in full power
For Forgiveness every hour;
To all life in every place
I flood forth forgiving Grace.Visualisation: See a deep pink, violet and purple-coloured flame expanding and whirling in your heart. Then see this flame transforming into spheres of flame with gold wings, flying from your heart to the hearts of those you need to forgive.
Abundance - Supply
I am free from fear and doubt,
Casting want and misery out,
Knowing now all good Supply
Ever comes from realms on high.I AM the hand of God’s own Fortune
Flooding forth the treasures of Light,
Now receiving full Abundance
To supply each need of Life.Visualisation: See shafts of white energy tinged with green and gold coming down from your God Presence. As these shafts reach the level of the heart, they burst into a beautiful emerald flame.
Guidance - Perfection
I AM Life of God-Direction,
Blaze thy Light of Truth in me.
Focus here all God’s Perfection,
From all discord set me free.Make and keep me anchored ever
In the Justice of thy plan -
I AM the Presence of Perfection
Living the Life of God in man!Visualisation: See yourself standing in a brilliant blue sphere of energy, a manifestation of God’s Perfection and Will that will help you to see and enter your divine plan.
Transfiguration
I AM changing all my garments,
Old ones for the bright new day;
With the Sun of Understanding
I AM shining all the way.I AM Light within, without;
I AM Light is all about.
Fill me, free me, glorify me!
Seal me, heal me, purify me!
Until tranfigured they describe me:
I AM shining like the Son,
I AM shining like the Sun!Visualisation: See a white garment descending upon you as a symbol of your transformation. Think of anything you don’t like about yourself and see it being consumed by this brilliant, transformative white light. See the light descending into your heart, expanding to the point where it looks like a sun - so bright you can hardly look at it.
Resurrection
I AM the Flame of Resurrection
Blazing God’s pure Light through me.
Now I AM raising every atom,
From every shadow I AM free.I AM the Light of God’s full Presence,
I AM living ever free.
Now the flame of Life Eternal
Rises up to Victory.Visualisation: Visualise a flame the colour of mother-of-pearl, spinning and radiating milky-coloured light tinged with pink and gold, with an occasional flash of blue at its core. See it surround every cell and atom in your body, enveloping them and accelerating them so that they begin to spin faster. See this flame transforming your mind and your emotions.
Ascension
I AM Ascension Light,
Victory flowing free,
All of Good won at last
For all eternity.I AM Light, all weights are gone.
Into the air I raise;
To all I pour with full God Power
My wondrous song of praise.All hail! I AM the living Christ,
The ever-loving One.
Ascended now with full God Power,
I AM a blazing Sun!Visualisation: Imagine you are surrounded by white light, climbing a spiral staircase. See a brilliant, sparkling white energy surging through your being and lifting you to each successive step until you reach the top.
